The Earn Executive Center entrance is located at 309 McDermot Ave. It is a new (2021) development on the 3rd floor of the Earn Building. There are 9 individual private locking executive offices. We can turn-key furnish an office for you at no additional cost or you can bring your own furnishings. There is a shared boardroom complete with a whiteboard, 55" Display, computer, and camera for remote sessions, and a fully stocked kitchenette complete with microwave and dishwasher with once-a-week cleaning included if desired. Current pricing is listed below (see the floor plan) and is subject to change. Parking is extra and not included but can be arranged and added to the monthly rent.

The Earn Executive Center is located in the Earn Building at the corner of Princess and McDermot Ave. as seen marked with an Orange House in the adjacent picture. Currently (subject to change) parking can be arranged for $225 per month located all around the building identified with red P's, all in short walking distance, and we can add it to your monthly rent for your convenience or you can acquire your own parking from the many available lots nearby, you decide.
Free high-speed Wifi and Internet are included in all office packages. Speeds of 600Mbps+ are typical for a plug-in cable in any of the private offices and the Wifi is often over 100 Mbps depending on your devices and how close you are to the access points.
